What's Steel Sign Designs Happy Promise?
What happens if I enter a P.O. Box address?
We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Always provide a valid, physical street address before production.
Method used for shipping.
We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Why is my shipment taking so long?
Production is usually 1 - 4 business days, shipping is usually 1 - 5 business days after production, turnaround times may extend slightly during peak holiday seasons, also shipping times vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.
What are the shipping cost?
Orders up to $199.00 is $10.95, for orders over $199.00 shipping is free and is automatically configured in your cart, no need to enter any code.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
Why international shipping isn’t supported yet:
- Quality control during transit
- Long, unpredictable shipping times
- Customs and duty complications for customers
We may expand shipping options in the future, but for now, U.S. addresses only.
Can I change the shipping address?
Shipping addresses should be updated before an order enters production. Once an order is marked shipped, the address cannot be changed.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
Thank you for your order! We apologize that it was received damaged. Please provide us with a picture of the damaged sign and we will send out a free replacement piece as soon as possible.
What is covered under our remake policy?
Production errors (misprints, coating defects), damage in transit, not covered is misspelling by customers.
Can remake orders be modified?
No. Remakes must use the original design only.
My order is incorrect, what can I do?
Please email us a picture of the sign, explain the incorrection and let us take a look into what happened and make it right.
Can I cancel or update my order?
You can cancel or update an order if it is still pending or before, no, if the order has been placed or shipped.
